Splendid proof with excellent colours with the effect of the mokumezuri visible in the upper part, the basic wood grain characteristic of the older proofs and of the bokashi (colour shades).
Printed on Japanese paper, datable to the second half of the 19th century. In perfect condition except for a crease on the edge of the lower part of the sheet. With good margins all around beyond the marginal line.
