The photolithography is a printing technique that combines the photographic process with the lithographic tradition. Unlike the original lithography, where the artist draws directly on the stone or plate, in photolithography the image is printed onto the matrix through a photographic process, starting from an original reproduced with a camera. The resulting print is a faithful reproduction of the work, executed with lithographic inks on paper, but lacking the direct intervention of the artist's hand on the matrix. Quality editorial photolithographs, like those contained in certain artist books of the twentieth century, can achieve remarkable color rendering and line finesse, while remaining distinct, by nature and value, from original graphic works.

Absolutely yes. The gallery deals exclusively with original prints: lithographs, etchings, woodcuts, and screenprints from the 20th century, as well as a selection of Japanese prints by Masters such as Hokusai, Hiroshige, and Utamaro, and contemporary artists specializing in art prints. Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on letterhead, with precise information on the author, technique, condition, and, where available, edition size, references to catalogues raisonnés, and bibliography.
What are the dimensions of the artwork?
The actual image dimensions are provided in centimeters or millimeters, in the order of height by width. Upon request, it is also possible to obtain the dimensions of the white margins of the print sheet. Some works include renderings that offer an indicative simulation of the framed artwork displayed as a decorative element.

For gallery purchases, it is possible to obtain an exchange or a voucher of equal value to the returned artwork. We would like to specify that exchanges can also be made to acquire works of lesser value than the originally purchased artwork, receiving a voucher for the difference.
