These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded with Elena Salamon – Arte Moderna, Via Torquato Tasso 11, 10122 Turin, Italy, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under no. TO1083800.
For each order, the buyer confirms that they have read the information regarding the purchase and accept without reservation all the terms of sale.

However, if you wish to make a purchase through our website, or receive our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your personal data. Payment methods
All data is transferred in an encoded form via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate and is therefore not interceptable by external parties. Elena Salamon – Modern Art offers two different payment methods to meet any need:
• Online Credit Card payment (including PostePay) – valid for purchases from Italy.
• Valid PayPal payment for purchases from Italy and abroad.
Payment with PayPal
PayPal, a company of the eBay group, is a fast and secure payment system. Once the payment is completed with PayPal, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where they can access their account by entering their personal email address and password or card details. After registration, payments via PayPal can be made without having to re-enter the details, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed. A confirmation email from PayPal will be sent for each transaction made with this method. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.

Shipping
Elena Salamon – Modern Art offers the possibility to receive goods conveniently and directly at home through our partner DHL, a fast and guaranteed Express Courier service. Elena Salamon – Modern Art ships worldwide. The indicative delivery times are:
• 1-4 working days for Italy
• 3-6 working days to European Community countries
• 8-10 working days to the rest of the world
Additionally, delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. More information on DHL: www.dhl.it.
Any applicable import duties and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery methods
The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form. At the time of delivery by the courier appointed by Elena Salamon – Modern Art, the customer is required to carefully check that the packaging is intact and not damaged or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging, the contents, and the work must be immediately contested by the customer, who can contact Elena Salamon – Modern Art, specifying the order for which such issues occurred. Upon the shipment of your order, you will be sent the tracking code for the package via email, allowing you to track it until the delivery date. For any communications, DHL may contact the customer via the phone number provided to Elena Salamon – Modern Art by filling out the order form.
Failed delivery
We recommend using the tracking code to follow the delivery of your package. If you do not receive the package within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact us. We will personally take care of your order and the solution to the problem.
Complaints and right of reconsideration
Any complaints must be sent within 8 days of receiving the work. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the work must be returned in its original packaging.
Any request for withdrawal must be made via email within 14 days of receiving the work (European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights).
Guarantee
All the works presented are accompanied by a certificate of guaranteed authenticity and are shipped with a regular receipt or detailed invoice and the aforementioned certificate of authenticity. Only these two documents are valid.
